Prepare yourself for an intensiv 90-minute workout – we promise, it will activate your entire body.

You may be familiar with Body SDS as a form of therapy, but are you also familiar with Body SDS as a form of training? Body SDS is a recognized treatment system that has developed a complete Basic Traning serie.

As something new, you can participate in Body SDS Basic Traning course at Senses.

During a Body SDS Basic Traning, we work with the entire body and all its muscle and joint groups. We start with a focus on the feet and move all the way up through the body. The training emphasizes proper use of muscles and joints, and you will quickly feel a difference.

We work on conditioning, strength, and release tension in the body.

Prepare yourself for an intensive 90-minute workout – we promise it will activate your entire body.

Benefits of Body SDS Basic Training include:

  • Increased energy
  • Improved flow in the body
  • Reduced tension
  • Increased mobility in all joints of the body
  • Better posture
  • Reduction of stress
  • A stronger body

We train in a closed course with the same group of people. The training lasts for one and a half hours, and we meet once a week. Your instructor is an authorized Body SDS Body Therapist with a 3-year education background.

If you have never tried Body SDS Basic Traning, do yourself a favour and join in. It will be intense, challenging, invigorating, and fun.

These courses are taught by Jakob Agermose Pedersen and Line Skytte, both of whom have clinics in the Inner City.
