Our intensive four-week reformer program is designed for those who want to get started with their training properly.

 

Are you lacking energy in your everyday life and the feeling of a strong body? Do you need motivation and community? Then this Kickstart program is right for you. On the reformer, you’ll get an efficient and versatile workout for your entire body. We guide you and help you get in shape in a healthy yet challenging way.
The intensity and resistance on the reformer are individually adjusted based on your current fitness level, so you will quickly experience increased strength, coordination, and endurance. You will have dedicated instructors who will support you and help you achieve your goals.

Regain fun and variety in your training with experienced instructors and a sense of community with other participants. There are countless combinations and exercises on the reformer, so it will never be boring.
If you are ready to build strength in your body and structure in your training, then this intensive four-week Kickstart program is right for you and your body. You will see and feel the difference and rediscover your desire to continue your training and adopt new healthy habits.

Throughout the four-week program, you will receive:

  • 2 weekly training sessions on the reformer.
  • 2 bonus classes that you can freely book and use for activities like barre training or yoga.
  • 1 bonus class for a friend.
  • Instruction from skilled and experienced instructors in a closed group.
  • Connection with the same group of people.

What you will gain from the four intense weeks:

  • Muscle strength throughout your body with a focus on the core and back.
  • Increased mobility.
  • Improved flexibility.

  • Healthy routines in your daily life.

After the four weeks, you will be well on your way with your training and have established healthy routines in your daily life to help you reach your goals. You can also try other Senses classes concurrently and find the combination that works best for you and keeps you motivated.

We recommend wearing close-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely without hindrance. You will need a pair of non-slip training socks, which must be worn in all reformer classes.
If you have any injuries, we will provide alternative exercises and guide you safely through the program.
