December is a busy time for many people. Once again this year, Senses challenges you to set aside time for yourself in the last month of the year. Specifically, one hour each day from December 1st to 21st. As a participant in the Senses Challenge, you get access to one class of your choice every day for 21 days in the studio you enroll in.
To achieve a varied and healthy full-body workout, we encourage you to switch between our many different yoga classes and training concepts. Some days may call for dynamic and strengthening movements, while others may call for a more calm and nourishing practice. Make sure to plan your Challenge as varied and balanced as possible, respecting your body and energy levels.
Are you in? Then purchase your spot right away because there’s only a limited number available.
If you’re already a member of Senses, you can choose to pause your membership while you’re on the Challenge.
