We offer Reformer training at several locations in Copenhagen, and you can advantageously combine your Reformer training with our other classes, such as Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, or Barre training. Important information about participating in Reformer classes
For safety and hygiene reasons, you must wear reformer socks in reformer classes. They can be purchased at the front desk. You must attend an introductory class before participating in any of the other reformer classes.

Reformer in Copenhagen– Become stronger and more enduring
Senses’ Reformer is completely unique and different from any other strength training equipment. The exercises can be varied in countless ways and are highly effective in terms of strength, flexibility, and endurance, allowing you to get the most out of your efforts. The machine both supports and challenges you, and the exercises are effective and targeted. You can experience everything from gentle flexibility training and gentle rehabilitation to intense full-body workouts with the Reformer. When you practice Reformer in Copenhagen, you will get:

The difficulty level can be increased or decreased, making Reformer training suitable for everyone regardless of age, gender, or fitness experience. Since a large part of the exercises are performed lying down or sitting, Reformer training is gentle on the back and knees, so you can participate even if you have back or knee problems.
Reformer training takes place in groups, and each person has their own Reformer. The Reformer consists of a system of springs, straps, and a sliding carriage. The combination of springs and your own body weight provides resistance.
You move both the carriage, your body, arms, and legs, which challenges and improves your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and concentration.
With Reformer, you can achieve significant physical changes in a short time, and the motto for Reformer training is: “After 10 sessions, you’ll feel a difference. When trying Reformer in Copenhagen for the first time, you should take an introductory class. REFORMER INTRO: 60 MIN. combines an introduction to the machine and basic exercises with regular training, and then you are ready to participate in our regular Reformer classes.
