What do you emphasize in your classes?
It is important for me to responsibly lead students of varying levels and abilities through classes, as well as to help improve students’ quality of life by honouring their mindfulness and meditation abilities.
What do you want your students to gain from a class with you?
I wish that every student leaves my classes with a sense of strength, capability, and calm. When students come to my classes, I want them to feel safe to take a pause from their busy lives and immerse themselves in their practice, hopefully finding peace of mind and tranquillity.

What motivates you to teach?
With my 200-hour Triangle Yoga Academy certification completed along with 15 years of Calisthenic gymnastics background, and a solid foundation from my nursing education, I am well-prepared and motivated to teach and share the learnings of yoga. Im motivated by teaching students safely about the balance and connection between the body, mind and spirit, and I studied experts in yogi literature to be able to teach mindfulness and meditation practices to uplift and recharge students during classes.
