What do you emphasize in your teaching?

Technique/correct execution. Fun new exercises, heavily inspired by the world of ballet. I see it as a fun and slightly different addition to my barre classes.

What do you hope your students will take away from a class with you?

A feeling of having “danced”/performed exercises from a professional dancer’s world. Also, having worked their bodies thoroughly while having fun. Lastly, I also hope they leave with a sense of being able to perform an exercise they might not have expected.

What do you particularly like about Senses?

The calm oasis and the gentle, friendly, and warm attitude.

What motivates you to teach?

My passion for dance and movement is also expressed through my teaching, as well as sharing the knowledge I have gained so far.
